Administrative fee

We apply an administrative fee to minor amounts, typically received when a merchant customer sends an incorrect amount that is too low to return because of network fees. An amount is minor when the total administrative costs — network, processing or miner fees — equal or exceed the amount received. We retain any amount at or below that threshold as an administrative fee.

Services we do not provide

1 Varies based on exchange pair.
2 Changes based on market volatility and currency risk.
3 Applied for each account or wallet that has a balance.
4 Applies if we close your account, the closure notice period has passed, and funds remain safeguarded in our internal account. It covers the cost of holding and administering the remaining funds. The notice period is set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

The Fee Information Document is the authoritative version and prevails over this page. Legal documents
